Bendigo Family Dental Care (BFDC) are extremely proud to be part of the Child Dental benefit Schedule through Medicare. We will Bulk Bill all dental work that is accessible through the schedule.
Is your family eligible?
Your child or family must be receiving the Family Tax Benefit A, or be a recipient of one of the following Government Initiatives:
- Carer Payment
- Disability Support Pension
- ABSTUDY
- Youth Allowance
- Special Benefit
- Double Orphan Pension
- Financial assistance under the Veterans’ Children Scheme (if 16 years or older)
- Financial assistance under the Military Rehabilitation and Compensation Act Education and Training Scheme (if 16 years or over)
If you are eligible then call Bendigo Family Dental Care on 03 4433 1053 and make an appointment to come in a see one of our friendly and experienced dentists. You will need to provide us with a Medicare eligibility letter and your Medicare card with the name of your child clearly on it.
What does it include?
The Child Dental Benefit Schedule includes many general dental services. These services include cleans, check-ups, x-ray, fillings, simple extractions, fissure seals and fluoride applications.
